The Chief Justice, the Honourable T F Bathurst AC, has today re-issued Practice Note SC CA 1 – Court of Appeal.

The Practice Note commences operation 1 January 2018, and it replaces the previous Practice Note issued 27 March 2009.

It makes additional provision for the preparation and conduct of proceedings in the Court of Appeal.
