The Chief Justice has reissued Practice Note SC CCA 1 – Court of Criminal Appeal – General, with a commencement date of 22 July 2021.

The changes are:

· The correction of a numbering issue;

· Updating the definitions to:

o Ensure consistency in how the Court of Criminal Appeal is defined and referred to throughout the Practice Note;
o Include a definition of ‘Respondent’; and
· Cosmetic changes to the use of lower and upper case letters.
