Practice Note No. SC EQ 01
REPLACED Practice Note SC EQ 01 – Case Management
The Chief Justice, the Honourable T F Bathurst AC, has re-issued today Practice Note SC Eq 1 – Case Management.
It commences operation, 5 September 2018, and replaces the previous version of SC Eq 1 that was issued on 1 December 2016.
This Practice Note, in conjunction with the Supreme Court Equity Division Online Court Protocol Practice Note SC Eq 14 (also issued today) applies to all cases in the Equity Division General List that are case managed by the Registrar in Equity.
