REPLACED Practice Note SC EQ 12 – Real Property List

The Chief Justice, the Honourable T F Bathurst AC, re-issued Practice Note SC Eq 12 – Real Property List, on 21 March 2019. It replaces the previous version of the Practice Note issued 20 May 2015 and commences operation 5 April 2019.
The Practice Note was amended to correct a typographical error in paragraph 11, and to alter the listing time in paragraph 10 from 9:30am to 9:15am.
